Welcome to Admit Bros, operated by Yeon Education LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and educational materials (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to access or use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Services Offered

Admit Bros provides live, online SAT preparation cohort programs, including access to original practice materials, digital mock exams, group discussion platforms (such as Discord), and live instructional sessions through Google Meet or similar tools.

3. Accounts and Access

You do not need to create an account to browse our site or register for a cohort program. However, to access our digital testing platform, a user account is required for mock exam participation. You are responsible for safeguarding access to any accounts or logins provided to you.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are one-time unless otherwise stated and are processed through Stripe or other secure third-party platforms.

Refunds: We offer a full refund only before the first class. After the first class, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Admit Bros—including but not limited to videos, slides, handouts, practice exams, and curriculum—are the exclusive property of Yeon Education LLC.

You may not share, copy, redistribute, or reproduce any part of our content without express written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in account suspension, removal from the program, and potential legal action.

6. Acceptable Use and Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

Share your exam platform login with others
Spam, harass, or disrupt instructors or other users
Engage in plagiarism or submit dishonest work in cohort activities
Post inappropriate, harmful, or irrelevant content in community channels like Discord

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We use third-party services to facilitate our operations, including:

Stripe (payment processing)
Google Meet (live classes)
Google Forms and Docs (assignment submissions)
Discord (community discussions)
Google Analytics (site usage analysis)

These platforms may collect information independently. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While our program is designed to help students improve, we do not guarantee any specific SAT score improvement or college admissions outcome.

Results vary based on individual effort, participation, and baseline academic performance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any part of our Services at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or misuse of our materials.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Yeon Education LLC or its instructors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Prohibited Uses of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Site:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms of Service.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Admit Bros, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Admit Bros or users of the Site, or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.
Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site without our prior written consent.
Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site.
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site or related systems.
Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.

14. Image Consent

If you submit a photo or video in response to a promotion or survey, you grant Admit Bros permission to use your image (photographic or video) to promote our company, products, and services. This may include use in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, advertising, and social media.

You understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall be payable to you unless explicitly stated and agreed to by both parties in writing.

15. Recordings

All Admit Bros class sessions, tutoring sessions, and instructional sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and administrative purposes. By attending or participating in any such session, you consent to the recording of your presence, participation, and any video or audio you enable.

16. User Contributions

The Site may contain message boards, chat rooms, profiles, forums, and other interactive features (“Interactive Services”) that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content (“User Contributions”).

All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards below. By posting content, you grant us and our affiliates the right to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for any purpose.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights in and to your User Contributions.
Your contributions comply with these Terms of Service.

You are solely responsible for your contributions. We are not liable for content posted by you or any other user.

17. Content Standards

User Contributions must comply with all applicable laws and not:

Be defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive, harassing, or hateful
Promote sexually explicit content, violence, or illegal discrimination
Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
Contain false or misleading statements
Promote illegal activity or incite unlawful acts
Annoy, harass, or upset others
Impersonate another individual or entity
Be used for commercial purposes without our consent
Misrepresent association with Admit Bros
